Sing a hymn of praise and blessings, so that your tears may be not of remorse, but of gratitude.
Do not delay the moment of your inner reform.
If, for the time being you must gather thistle and drink from the bitter chalice you prepared for yourself, now sow peace, joy and love for your future harvest.
